Pete Isip started training himself for the purpose of disposing the "fat kid" syndrome. Being an overweight child/teen was tough dealing with ridicule, mockery, and poor athletic performance. Realizing being 5 foot and 225and wrestling heavyweight was not the way to go. He started cutting weight and reached his fitness goals.
Pete is now the co-owner and head trainer of KRANK Systems, partnered with Robert Morales, which focuses on group training and fat loss bootcamps. Pete holds a BS from Montclair State University in Human Ecology/Nutrition, and mutiple certification those including, NSCA, underground Strength Coach, Kettlebell Concepts, USAW, IYCA, etc, etc.

With 14 years of playing experience under his belt, Nick finished a successful High School Career with All-League, All-Area, and All-County Honors.
After graduating from Belleville High in 2005, Nick furthered his education and football career at Montclair State University and now holds a BS in Physical Education: Concentration in Exercise Science.

While playing football for the Redhawks, he held the honor of being Team Captain and earned 1st-Team All New Jersey Athletic Conference Honors as a Defensive Lineman in his senior year. Nick has a background and interest in sports-specific power training, strongman training, plyometrics, etc. He is currently in his second season of coaching Football at the High School level, now at Passaic Valley.
Nick enjoys working at Krank Systems where he likes nothing more than to see someone accomplish something that was once impossible for them.

Born in the Philippines, LJ moved to NJ when he was about 4 years old and raised in Jersey City. He was self-trained for over 10 years and a personal trainer for the past 6. LJ has worked in previous gyms such as Sonny's Gym, L.A. Fitness, Brick Haus Fitness, and is now one of the new coaches for Krank Systems.
LJ grew up as an over weight kid who was always ridiculed and picked on. Tired of all the humiliation, he decided to venture on the side of fitness and overall health. He picked up and read anything and everything pertaining to fitness and even started working in a gym at 17. It was only natural that he took the path of being a personal trainer.

With the knowledge I picked up, I trained myself into becoming a 3-sport athlete which included soccer (captain), baseball (captain), and basketball. After graduating from High School, I studied athletic training and adult fitness at Kean University. Achieved training certifications from AFAA and AAAI. Currently a full time trainer with a variety of clientele. Anyone from athletes, housewives, the elderly, all the way down to your "Average Joe." It is important to be diverse and to never be too comfortable in anything you do. I love the challenges that come along in being a coach/trainer. I love helping people achieve their goals whether how major or minute it is or whether it is fitness related or life experiences.
Being part of this team is very inspiring and I am definitely looking forward into following the successful footsteps of Pete and Rob. Opening up my own Krank one day is the next step and who better to learn from. Being a Coach/Trainer is not always glamorous, it is an everyday grind, but it is what WE love to do and WE are always thankful we are living it.
