"Last January, a friend of mine asked me if I wanted to attend a trial class at Krank Systems in Nutley. She joined a few months prior, and thought that it would be something that I might like. She gave me a little background regarding the workouts, which sounded a bit intimidating. Regardless, it doesn’t hurt to try something new. Off I went to my first class…and never looked back. It’s grueling. It’s challenging. And that’s why it’s worth it. That’s why I go. And that’s why I have been able to achieve so much more than I was able to before joining Krank. What is different about Krank is that Pete does not allow you to become complacent in your workout. He will push you and he will motivate you. He is not there to make you feel better about yourself- he is there to actually make you better. And he delivers. Pete’s type of training requires discipline, motivation and commitment. All traits that are necessary not only to achieve fitness goals, but are easily carried over to everyday life. I am stronger, more fit and more confident. A hidden bonus to Krank? The camaraderie. It’s an eclectic group of people-all different, but with similar goals. It’s a family that started with Pete, and one that I am really proud to be part of. Thanks, Pete." -MB |
"Krank is much less scary than the globo gyms. You know the people there really want to help you do your best and succeed. You're not just a number." -Teresa LoSchiavo LaBanca |
"I am a Search and Rescue Swimmer on board a U.S. Warship. I have completed 3 triathalons, a marathon and won the Physical Excellence competition within my command. I engravely owe almost all of my success in my adult life to my strength and wrestling coach, Pete Isip. As a young teenager growing through the trials and tribulations that we all go through, Coach Isip has set a foundation for me to succeed in my life. Not just as a wrestler, or an athlete, but as one who can accomplish any goal he has set in his mind. The principles and training, through hard work, Coach "EYE" was able to get me to avoid the abuse of alcohol and drugs, and avoid the bad crowd. Along with that I became in stellar athletic shape and still at my age of 22 competing and constantly bettering myself with the one lesson I learned the most, "There is no finish line in my life" Pete Isip is an amazing trainer and mentor for anyone who is trying to better there lives in anyway. the mind is 32 times stronger then the body, and it is only in a painful environment that we can sharpen our mental tools." -Domenick DiBenedetto, 3rd class petty officer, United States Navy |
"Pete is a remarkable personal trainer! So motivating and dedicated. His Facebook posts, showing that he is still working out even when on vacation, make me strive to want to have 1 ounce of his endurance!" -Angela Zarro |
"Pete is a major reason I continue to look forward to work outs and training as he keeps it simple and challenging. It's refreshing to have someone utilize core movements and stress fundamentals to build a foundation. Krank is an integral part of my training and I've never gotten a more full workout of strength/cardio/movements as I do with this class." -Chad Wolf |
"Pete not only has made me lose a significant amount of weight but he has made me believe I have the strength to do whatever I choose to do. Since working out with Pete I have become more goal oriented with my career he has even given me the confidence to talk to women, without Pete I truly believe today I would be overweight, depressed and working a job I hate. Thanks Pete." -Greg Coralluzzo Stone, NYC Comic/Actor |
"What can I say About Pete? He has the ability to motivate and push you to your limits ( and a little beyond). He makes it fun to work hard and best of all see results. Couldn't have gotten where I am without him." -Karen Cleever |
"I've been coming down to Krank working with big bro Rob Morales. There's nothing like a reality check to humble you down once you think you've done it all. I believed at one time that my cardio and endurance were my strongest elements. But after stepping into the lab you realize that you can be broken. Over and over again. I'm taking the time to spread the word about Krank because 1. It's really great work 2. You get to see what your true limitations are 3. It's family orientated 4. It provides a sense of accomplishment as a team I can go on and on about Krank but I would rather people come down and see it for themselves. " -Rich Carino |
